We cover a range of practice areas, including slip and fall, premise liability, dog bite injuries, workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and much, much more. The ideal candidate will be excited and motivated to handle cases from inception to settlement, with little oversight.
Only candidates who want a long-term placement (future partnership) will be considered.
Qualifications:1-2 years experience litigating personal injury cases (open to defense experience)CA barred and in good standing
Responsibilities:Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers to obtain records and update information on casesInterview clients to understand their case’s details, identifying issues, and determining a strategy for settlement or trialDraft legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement offersNegotiate settlements with the other party’s attorney on behalf of clientsPrepare cases for trial by interviewing witnesses, acquiring evidence such as medical records, and conducting investigationsHelp clients prepare for mediation sessions or settlement conferences with opposing counselPrepare and file court documents such as complaints or motions
