We are searching for a driven and talented

Sous Chef

with experience in high-quality high-volume Northwest cuisine. The ideal candidate will be able to uphold and exceed our reputation for the finest fresh seafood, which is expertly served with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. You will possess a proven track record and passion for maintaining excellent food quality, mentoring and developing others, delivering outstanding guest experiences, as well as contributing to achieving superior financial results. We take great pride in the development of our management team.Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the following to be considered:Two or more years of high volume full-service restaurant leadership experienceSkilled and experienced in seafood and Northwest cuisineAbility to supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dish roomAbility to impact labor cost and keep a mindful eye on the scheduleExperience assigning kitchen stations to the kitchen team at the start of the shiftAbility to oversee training, cross-training, interviewing, and scheduling of the teamConfident assuming ALL duties of the Chef in the Chef’s absenceSkilled communicator that leads by exampleHonesty, integrity, and guest advocate mindsetSalary Range & Benefits
