Associate - Tax ServicesDescriptionWhat we are looking for:As a member of the Tax Services Team, the Tax Associate is primarily responsible for providing tax compliance support in the delivery of U.S. (federal and state) income, gift, and estate tax services to our clients. This person will work very closely with other Tax Services, Wealth Management, Estate Planning, and Investment Operation personnel in preparing tax-related deliverables for our clients. Successful candidates for this position will appreciate working in a comprehensive wealth management environment. Occasional travel and periodic after-hours work will be required.You will:Prepare individual, fiduciary, and partnership income tax work papers and returns.Prepare corporation and non-profit organization income tax work papers and returns.Prepare gift and estate tax work papers and returns.Prepare payroll tax work papers and returns.Prepare income tax projections and estimated tax payment vouchers.Prepare and review client financial statements.You have:Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.Team player attitude.Good organization skills and attention to detail.Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.We want:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.Some solid tax preparation experience preferred.Team player attitude.Meet Your Recruiter
