Job Overview - Financial Analyst:Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in a hybrid role. This position involves creating and maintaining financial reports, supporting business objectives, and providing in-depth financial analysis to aid decision-making. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities as the Financial Analyst:
Reporting:
Create and maintain financial reports within the Financial Management System.Analysis:
Provide in-depth financial and strategic analysis for senior management and department heads.Trend Analysis:
Analyze financial trends, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.Market Insight:
Deliver consistent analysis on market trends, program performance, and competitive context.Financial Review:
Partner with department heads to review monthly financial results and provide recommendations.Planning:
Assist in the development of annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts.Efficiency:
Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and improve ROI.Modeling:
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred; MBA preferred.Experience:
5+ years in financial analysis or accounting; experience with Workday Report Writer.Skills:
Strong analytical skills, relationship-building abilities, process improvement orientation, and effective communication skills.Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
