Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate:
Inspire and manage the sales team to improve customer service and achieve sales targets.Strategic Planning:
Design and implement strategic sales plans to reach annual sales goals.Client Relationships:
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.Sales Objectives:
Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.Reporting:
Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to inform upper management of progress.Customer Understanding:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals.Market Analysis:
Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to set competitive selling prices.Performance Assessment:
Regularly meet with sales managers to assess company performance and strategize improvements.Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the trade show or events industry.Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in marketing techniques and best practices.Project Management:
Ability to manage various projects and work under tight deadlines.Proven Track Record:
