An established, Boston-based staffing firm is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and driven recruiter to join its team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with financial services sales experience or previous recruiting experience to join a team of top professionals who specialize in Investment and Administrative staffing for many of Boston's leading financial services companies.
The Recruiter will:
Source, recruit, interview, and qualify talent in the Great Boston AreaUtilize job posting sites, college boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other resources to locate and recruit top talent for open positionsSource, phone screen, interview, evaluate and present qualified candidates for client openingsCollaborate with other members of the team to find the best opportunities in Boston for candidates where they will excel; ensure positive candidate experiencesBuild and maintain strong relationships with current corporate clientsDevelop new contacts and market staffing services to prospective clientsHelp clients with their resumes to send to corporate clientsProvide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree2-4 years of recruiting experience or sales experience within the financial services industryStrong verbal and written communication skills; excellent phone mannerDemonstrated ability to build excellent working relationships with colleagues, candidates, and clientsHighly organized and time efficientAbility to work in a team-oriented environment, but have many self-directed projectsPrioritize and take ownership for work
