BA or BS degree & 6+ years pharmaceutical sales leadership experience.Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales and knowledge of translating product complexities.Experience in the launch of new products.Experience in developing strategic business plans with measurable objectives.Experience working with senior leadership.Experience with coaching and people development.Project Management Experience.Ability to travel with overnight stays and a valid driver’s license.Preferred Qualifications:

Strongly preferred 3+ years as a second line leader.Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields.Experience and knowledge of the HIV market.Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and change.
