to learn more about PEG!WHO ARE YOU?The ideal candidate uses critical, analytical thinking to troubleshoot non-compliance to ensure accuracy, time management to ensure that all required documentation is submitted on time, and a strong attention to detail when working with large amounts of numerical data.Because Junior Rebate Analysts process rebates/incentives through utility programs, they see, firsthand, the benefits of these programs and how they promote sustainability and energy efficiency by incentivizing the construction of energy efficient residential properties.THE ROLEJob Location: This position is based in our main office in Fairfax, VA with the option of a hybrid remote/office work schedule after the completion of the employee's 90 Day Performance Review.Essential Functions:Training will be needed in the following areas to become a Rebate Analyst:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of our National Energy Rebate ProgramsCoordinate completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goalsLead the planning and implementation of projectFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full scale project plansManage project resource allocationPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsQuality assuranceConstantly monitor client's performance and report on progress of the project to supervisorPresent reports defining project progress, problems, and solutionsImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsProject evaluations and assessment of resultsOrganize and control all data through Excel and Share-PointInterface with Operations, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.
