tip sheet .The International Medicine Institute has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, Research Support who coordinates and leads efforts in a variety of research activities that are complex and wide in scope. Moreover, the Project Manager, Research Support operates with the goal of ensuring that the collection of data and administration of studies are performed efficiently and in compliance with applicable guidelines.CORE JOB FUNCTIONSAids in the evaluation of problems with workflow, organization, and planning and develops appropriate analytical approaches.Maintains multiple protocol books and chronicles manuscript preparation.Performs analyses of computerized datasets using standard packages to import, update, and manipulate datasets.Presents studies’ results at professional scientific meetings and conferences.Writes manuscripts and journal articles for peer-reviewed medical journals.Ensures that research program objectives are communicated, met, and results are documented.Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.DEPARTMENT ADDENDUMDepartment Specific FunctionsProvide technical assistance and coordination services to investigators on funded research projects, e.g., recruitment and retention strategies, developing and testing recruitment materials, and questionnaires, assisting in research training activities, data collection and managing databases.Manages organization and documentation of continuing education activities for reporting purposes.Screens patient’s cohort for recruitment process.Support the regulatory submission and document filing on new and current clinical research studies.Develops and administers evaluation surveys and assists with data collection and analysis to maintain the quality of education programs.Records and maintains education intervention data: attendance, case presentations, evaluation surveys.Supports walking/virtual observership rounds in the hospital.Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director.CORE QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
