Excellent academic credentials, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to client interaction are essential.Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to health-care focused clients regarding federal and state health care regulatory environments and their impact on transactions and day-to-day business operations.Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements and documents related to health care transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.Manage and oversee complex projects and matters related to health care regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.Mentor and supervise junior associates, providing guidance on legal matters and fostering their professional development within the firm.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client advice and case strategies in the health care industry.Maintain direct communication with senior partners and clients, providing updates, strategic recommendations, and handling client inquiries effectively.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Admission to and active membership in the State Bar of Florida.4-6 years of experience practicing health care regulatory and/or transactional law.In-depth knowledge of federal and state health care laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Proven ability in sophisticated document drafting and negotiation skills.Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and communication abilities.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Admission to and active membership in the State Bar of Florida.Skills:Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.Analytical mindset with the capability to solve complex legal issues effectively.Proficiency in legal research tools and databases relevant to health care law.Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and interface with clients.Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, client confidentiality, and professional integrity.Benefits Offered:
