Working at Knight Insurance Group as a Compliance Administrator, you will be essential in making sure that all legal requirements and standards are met by our operations. This position involves thorough review and analysis of regulatory bulletins, handling compliance-related audits, responding to market conduct requests, and managing Department of Insurance (DOI) inquiries. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with various teams within the organization.Pay Range:

$60,000- $70,000 Per Year. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.What you'll do as a Compliance Administrator:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of all regulatory bulletins, ensuring that relevant information is disseminated and acted upon across the organization.Lead and manage compliance-related audits, identifying potential areas of vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.Coordinate responses to market conduct examination requests and Department of Insurance inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.Collaborate with multiple departments, including legal, underwriting, claims, and customer service, to gather information and formulate comprehensive responses to compliance issues.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of insurance regulations and changes within the industry, advising management on any operational impacts.Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the organization operates in accordance with state and federal laws.Prepare and present reports on compliance activities and findings to senior management.Experience and Qualifications

What we look for in our Compliance Administrator:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the insurance industry.Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and guidelines.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to interpret complex regulatory information and communicate it clearly to various stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits and Perks
