E-Billing Specialist
WHO WE ARE:We are a reputable law firm with 30+ locations across the US.We are sticking with a hybrid schedule. 2 days on-site / 3 days WFH.WHO YOU ARE:An experienced e-biller (at least 3 years at a Tier 1 or 2 law firm).You have demonstrated success working in accordance with complex billing requirements (batch processing / splits / multi-payer / insurance).THE JOB:Mapping new and existing clients for automated billing, ensuring compliance with specified requirements.Collaborating with e-bill vendors to resolve issues with invoice submissions and accounts.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrated expertise working with and adhering to a variety of formatting and expense requirements in addition to attorney & client preferences.Familiarity with a variety of vendor websites.A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field of study.CONTACT / APPLY:ryan@merge-resources.com
