The role involves drafting coverage opinions, litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases, and overall case management, including motions, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.Duties:Draft coverage opinions and handle insurance coverage and bad faith litigation cases.Manage overall case responsibilities, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and participating in court proceedings.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base.Conduct legal research and present findings effectively.Requirements:2-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.Candidates with insurance defense experience will be considered.Must be located in Colorado and have a valid Colorado license.Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.Overall case management experience, including motions, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.Successful development and maintenance of client relationships.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Skills:Excellent legal research and presentation skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:
