Logistics Inventory Coordinator

The Logistics Team Coordinator is an integral part of the InProduction Inventory Operations Team. This position is directly responsible for overseeing and facilitating the movement and tracking of equipment between job locations and yards. Responsibilities include:Maintaining proper inventory of all equipment in the compound.Maintaining cleanliness of the compound.Providing compound lists to operations daily.Loading trucks per provided load lists.Utilizing Sports to confirm all requested equipment has been loaded on a truck.Uploading pictures into SPORTS for all loaded trucks (minimum of 2 pictures, 1 of each side).Verifying that the correct load is loaded on the right truck and ensuring each truck has an assigned load number.Communicating with operations on any deviations or shortages from requested load lists.Ensuring that equipment is sorted and banded prior to loading on a truck.Receiving all trucks in Sports during load-ins and verifying all material shipped is accounted for.Ensuring that the required material is onsite to load out each job (i.e., banding, plastic wrap, racks, etc.).Liaising with job leads and communicating needs for equipment.Picking up and delivering material to the compound as opportunities allow.Assisting leads in distribution of material during periods of low loading and unloading.This position requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to configure tractor trailer loads, as well as knowledge and experience to load trucks within DOT regulations. The candidate must be able to travel and be away from home for up to 90 days at a time, and InProduction arranges and pays for all travel, providing a $40 daily per-diem.Minimum Requirements:
Must have and maintain a valid and current driver’s license.Experience in loading trucks.Comfortable using a tablet and accessing email and computer programs.Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to operate a forklift.Ability to lift 75 pounds.Ability to climb ladders and stairs without assistance.Ability to work from heights.Ability to direct and manage 1-4 employees.Benefits:
