Pediatrician needed in Northeast Mississippi!!Generous Loan Repayment and Educational Stipend offered for Outstanding Positionwith Shared Call, Single Hospital Coverage. Established group offers an outstanding opportunity for a full-time board certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join our thriving multi-specialty group and dedicated team of medical professionals based in MS, two different sites available. This position offers tremendous work/life balance with shared call and single hospital coverage. You will look forward to competitive compensation and our comprehensive benefits also provide malpractice coverage. Generous educational stipend and medical student loan repayment is available to qualified applicants. The position offers a two-year employment contract and an opportunity for partnership at the end of the contract.This is a dynamic group of providers delivering services to residents of Northeast Mississippi and Northwest Alabama, an area that is underserved for Pediatrics. We value physician autonomy and encourage active participation in this physician-led organization as you work to build your practice and uphold our standards of excellence. Our physicians have access to the latest medical technologies, electronic health care record system, dedicated HR support, centralized billing office and a well-established network of referrals.Two established hospitals, one has Women's services that are dedicated to providing comprehensive care to women and children in all stages of life and health; provides total care to new mothers and their babies. In addition to 10 labor-delivery-recovery suites, special C-section suites and a well-baby nursery, the hospital offers a 24-hour baby hotline and childbirth and sibling classes. For women who need diagnostic testing, advanced technology such as mammography services, lunar bone densitometry and sophisticated ultrasound help ensure they receive accurate results.4.5 office days per week. Peds covers only one hospital. Call would be 1 in 3. The office is across the street from the hospital.Salary range: $200,000 package plus performance incentive. 1-year contract(s) with opportunity for partnership after the first year, depending on how quickly the practice develops. Stipend, signing bonus, loan repayment & relocation are negotiable.
