Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business. Leads the development of pricing strategies to meet business needs. Determines core business costs of service in support of pricing/tariff development. Designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures. Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed. Contributes to the development and implementation of pricing strategy. Performs analyses and modeling to highlight profit improvement opportunities; compiles and evaluates competitive data, and develops an awareness of the marketplace to shape decision making. Recommends best in class pricing management concepts and tactics, and enable pricing capabilities to facilitate the improved use of data to support decision making. Leads projects or initiatives across areas with notable risk and complexity to achieve milestones and objectives. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and executing on initiatives. Contributes to the development of functional strategy.Responsibilities:Advise GMs and Division leadership on:how to improve pricing strategy within the TAA portfolio to maximize revenuehow to optimize (annual) price increaseshow to create pricing models based on market data and/or analyticsmigration strategy and pricingwhen to allow or eliminate discounting or other promotionsalternative pricing levers (dynamic pricing, bundling, discrimination, etc.) as appropriateexisting data gaps and associated data capture required to inform pricing recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align pricing with business objectives.Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and customer behavior.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to pricing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.6+ years experience in

pricing strategy development , preferably in a SAAS or technology-driven company, including:Proven track record of implementing pricing processes from the ground up, designing go to market strategies and other profit-driving initiatives, and overall pricing optimization with high attention to maintaining positive customer dynamics.Consulting background, strongly preferred.Significant experience with Salesforce and SAP are highly beneficial.Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with varying audience including senior executives.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.Highly motivated by identifying opportunities that will increase revenue.Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed and cross-functional environment.Experience with Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and pursue alternative paths when he/she runs into obstacles. Comfortable acting as an individual contributor, yet also being “player/coach” when appropriate, alongside various commercial and functional stakeholders.Travel Expectations:
