The Pricing Associate Director for the Tax and Accounting division (TAA) will have a significant specialized depth of expertise, conceptual and practical knowledge of theories and principles of pricing, and applies general knowledge of business and industry practices. This role involves solving unique problems that have a broad impact on the business, leading the development of pricing strategies to meet business needs, and determining core business costs of service in support of pricing/tariff development.Responsibilities:Advise GMs and Division leadership on:How to improve pricing strategy within the TAA portfolio to maximize revenue.How to optimize (annual) price increases.How to create pricing models based on market data and/or analytics.Migration strategy and pricing.When to allow or eliminate discounting or other promotions.Alternative pricing levers (dynamic pricing, bundling, discrimination, etc.) as appropriate.Existing data gaps and associated data capture required to inform pricing recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align pricing with business objectives.Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and customer behavior.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to pricing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.6+ years experience in

pricing strategy development , preferably in a SAAS or technology-driven company, including:Proven track record of implementing pricing processes from the ground up, designing go-to-market strategies, and other profit-driving initiatives, and overall pricing optimization with high attention to maintaining positive customer dynamics.Consulting background, strongly preferred.Significant experience with Salesforce and SAP are highly beneficial.Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with varying audiences including senior executives.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.Highly motivated by identifying opportunities that will increase revenue.Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed and cross-functional environment.Experience with Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and pursue alternative paths when facing obstacles. Comfortable acting as an individual contributor, yet also being a “player/coach” when appropriate, alongside various commercial and functional stakeholders.Travel Expectations:
