Our client is seeking to fill a Commercial Portfolio Manager role in the Denver, CO area. This selected candidate will be responsible for independently managing a large Commercial Loan portfolio, including:Managing a portfolio of commercial clients to include monitoring loan covenants and structuring loan proposals.Underwriting and originating new credits from existing and/or new customers including renewals, modifications, and annual reviews.Proactively expanding the client base by cultivating referral relationships and target marketing.Meeting and exceeding monthly performance scorecard goals.Enhancing the cross-sell ratio through client penetration.Participating in sales calls and representing the Bank in industry organizations.Preparing spreads, performing covenant checks, and completing loan reviews.Spreading, analyzing, and reviewing financial conditions of borrowers.Collecting updated borrower financial information and completing scheduled loan reviews.Preparing loan presentation write-ups for management and loan committee approvals.Ensuring timely risk rating of loans and other assets.Who Are You?

You’re someone who wants to influence your own development and pursue your interests and passion. You also bring the following skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.Four or more years of banking experience with an emphasis on relationship management and commercial lending.Strong background in prospecting for new clients and a demonstrated track record in business development.Strong organizational and time management skills.Working knowledge of financial analysis and accounting theory.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to be a self-starter with a strong level of initiative.Ability to understand accounting, including financial statement spreads and credit analysis.Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.The next step is yours.
