A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for a dedicated attorney with a strong background in litigation, particularly in product liability and complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills and will be committed to providing high-quality legal services to the firm’s clients.Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.

Supervision and Collaboration:

Supervise associates and work collaboratively with other team members.Work with experts to develop case strategies.Assist with fact development and depositions.

Legal Documentation:

Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Help develop case strategy.

Task and Project Management:

Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.

Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements

Experience:

3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.Experience with product liability and complex commercial litigation.Experience with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and clients.

Education and Certifications

JD Degree:

Required.Strong Academic Credentials:

From nationally recognized schools.Additional Degrees (Preferred):

MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree.Licensure:
