The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will assist in all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters, including SEC investigations, publicly traded companies, M&A disputes, and tort litigation. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and participating in depositions, discovery, trial preparation, mediations, and settlement negotiations. The Associate will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.Duties:

Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships and comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:

JD degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Texas.Minimum of 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including SEC investigations, publicly traded companies, M&A, and tort litigation.Previous experience in state court or federal clerkship is a plus.Skills:
