Our client is a disruptive global SaaS analytics funded startup for the hospitality industry focused on generating revenue for hotel groups using a disruptive SaaS platform. They are in major growth mode and seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their startup NYC office! The role offers major growth, the ability to use client success skills (account management and upselling), a base salary, a bonus plan, and fantastic benefits!About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for your customer’s life cycle and wellbeing, as well as renewal rate. We are looking for a relationship builder, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for travel/hospitality!Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager:
Overall accountability for your customers’ successPresent and travel to clients to deliver insights and build relationshipsBe the focal point: Develop and deliver analyses, reports, and QBRsCross-sell and upsell products and handle hospitality accountsDevelop strong relationships with customers to deliver retention and growthCommunicate customer feedback and requirements to improve productsMaintain accurate Salesforce booking and risk forecastsEstablish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of products and servicesCustomer Success Manager should ideally have:
2-3 years of account management/customer success/client success experience in a technology firm with a passion for travel!SAAS, Agency, Hospitality background highly desirableAbility to own your client book in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding troubleshooting skills within the technology industrySelf-starter capable of thriving in a small, intense, and high-growth startup environment!Travel up to 25% of your time to client sitesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to speak with and present to customer C-Level executivesExperience within the Hospitality industry or Web technologies ideal such as: AB Testing and Web AnalyticsWhy work at our client?
