designed to set you up for success in your sales career with us! Paid training with a starting pay range $22-$32 per hour based on HVAC, Plumbing, and Sales experience.
Sales Academy Training
will include job shadows of the following departments to build a solid foundation of expertise on our products, processes, preparing you to provide top notch service to our Customers:Operations
– learn about Slakey’s product lines and work with our Warehouse Team Members to understand our systems, logistics and supply chain managementInside Sales
– work with our Branch Team learning how they serve our Customer's product needs through education and customer serviceCorporate Team
– you will also visit Marketing, Purchasing, Pricing, and Commercial TeamsOutside Sales
– build relationships with our existing CustomersRegional Sales
