Established credit manager in Boston is seeking a Credit Associate to add to their growing firm! The responsibilities for this role include reporting, treasury, tax preparation and auditing, investor relations, and investment support. This individual will collaborate with fund administrators to prepare financial statements, review partnership allocations, and other deliverables. Position Responsibilities:Work closely with fund administrators and auditors to prepare and review quarterly and annual audited financial statementsExecute trades, assist with compliance reporting, and coordination of communication with Limited PartnersPrepare review partnership allocations, capital calls, distributions, and other deliverablesCollaborate with multiple teams throughout the firmExecute trades through a trading platform and coordinate with various teams during the investment trade and settlement processAssist with compliance and reporting associated with subscription lines and senior credit facilitiesCreate, prepare, and disseminate reports to the firm's management
Position Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of public or public account experience; credit experience is preferredCPA license is a plusKnowledge of fund partnership accounting and reportingExperience with Allvue Systems and Quickbooks is a plusAbility to work independently or collaboratively in a team environmentStrong problem solving and analytical skillsHighly organized with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbal
