The Anywhere Brands Marketing team is seeking a strategic

Vice President of Brand Engagement

to join the team. Reporting to the CMO of Anywhere Brands, this individual will lead brand engagement strategy across Anywhere’s three Franchise Brands: Century 21, ERA, and Better Homes Gardens Real Estate. The candidate is a strong leader and mentor of internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies, driving a strategic pathway for our brands. The future VP will play a meaningful role in crafting our communications, owned channel, and overall brand strategy to drive an outstanding brand reputation in the industry, and brand experience for our network of brokers and agents.

Marketing at Anywhere Brands, particularly our franchise brands, is going through an exciting evolution. Under the leadership of our new CMO and Franchise President, the group has a renewed focus on four key areas of marketing: Growth Marketing, Partner Product Marketing, Experiential, and Brand Engagement. This is an inspiring role for a dynamic Marketer and outstanding leader who can flex analytical prowess and channel strategy while also possessing outstanding communications. The VP will evolve and evangelize the voice of our brands externally and internally - to our network – while assuring this work is driving measured success for the business. The Brand Engagement team will consist of team members specializing in communications, social media, and brand marketing with deep experience with the brands and real estate. Together with the team, the VP will lead all aspects of three essential functions of Brand Engagement:

External Brand:

PR, Thought Leadership, Awards Speaking opportunities, Executive Comms Support

Network Communications:

Development and execution and tracking of a refreshed communications and content strategy across the Brands’ marketing channels: digital and in-person

Owned Channel Management:

Development of content strategies and content, as well as execution and management of our owned channels (currently: email, social, print publications, comms app)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with compassion, communication, and a strategic approach to drive business success while focusing on the growth and success of the dedicated team.

Develop unique integrated brand strategies for each of the three brands applying earned media channels, owned channels, and differentiated communications and content strategy. Develop a plan to measure and assess success. Build infrastructure to track and optimize.

Bring creative and innovative thinking to develop thought leadership, public speaking, and awards strategies, and manage the creation of content in order to drive awareness and perception of our brands and senior leaders.

Lead the implementation of developing content, communication, and channel strategy in partnership with external consultancy and team. Initiative is inclusive of operational changes in channel usage, identification of resources to support new strategy, and implementation of measurement framework tracking.

Lead overhaul of social media strategies (B2B B2B2C/Enablement) across three brands, including channel strategy, content development, and measurement framework.

Bring positivity, innovative thinking, and collaboration to the Marketing Leadership team alongside your peers in Partner, Growth, and Experiential Marketing.

Qualifications:

15 years of experience in Marketing with a minimum of 10 years experience in PR and Communications and owned channel strategic leadership.

Experience in B2B2C marketing and marketing enablement.

Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team with a balance of guidance and collaboration, encouraging growth in individuals while delivering outstanding work product.

Demonstrated capacity to develop creative multi-channel strategies to evolve and elevate brand awareness and reputation.

Demonstrated experience building quantitative measurement frameworks in support of brand, comms, and owned channel strategies.

Experience building and evolving teams (internal and external partners) to support shifting business strategies.
