Join our Suburban Boston unit program, an 18-bed High Intensity Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Psychiatry with an interest in leadership and high-risk behavior cases. Responsibilities include providing targeted treatment for male, female, and transgender patients aged 18 and older. Competitive compensation and full benefits package available.Inpatient Psychiatrist:
This is a full-time employed staff position with no mandatory call. Competitive compensation and full benefits package offered.Leadership Roles:
Staff and leadership roles (Medical Director or Associate Medical Director) are available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time employed staff position with no mandatory call.Associate Medical Director:
Some leadership experience is needed. This is a full-time employed position with no mandatory call and includes a comprehensive benefits package.Compensation includes a negotiated salary based on training, credentials, scope of work, and past experiences.
