Portland Commercial Construction LLC (PCC) began in 2016 with the desire to change the status quo. We are a boutique construction firm working as a commercial contractor in new construction, development, and tenant improvements. We specialize in construction services with a design-build approach for dental clinics, medical clinics, dental labs, medical labs, and surgery centers.At PCC, we have a level of communication and understanding with our clients that is not usually found in construction. Our goal is to understand our clients' business requirements and complete construction projects with as little disruption as possible while fully meeting our clients' needs.We are looking for a talented Sr. Project Manager team member who is responsive and easily reachable. The Sr. Project Manager will communicate with our clients to answer their questions and concerns before, during, and after a project has been completed. PCC's mission is to deliver a superior client experience.In the Sr. Project Manager role, you will oversee projects and drive new business. In addition to your excellent communication and client service skills, you will:Manage and mentor PCC construction staff, engineers, and subcontractorsManage and provide documentation on projects and construction schedulesInterpret, analyze, and clarify construction drawingsReport on price and oversee project budgets and costsForesee project and/or customer issues and provide solutions before they ariseQualifications
Have OSHA 10 CertificationsBe computer savvy and literateHave a bachelor's in construction
or
PMI certificate and 5 years construction experience
