Complex Commercial Litigation Associate – Los Angeles

Annual salary: $235,000We are looking to speak with California-licensed junior-level Commercial Litigation associate attorneys to join our client’s Litigation team in Los Angeles.You will represent public and private companies and other business organizations in every major industry, with respect to their complex commercial disputes.Responsibilities include:Handling contract disputes and regulatory mattersParticipating in class action lawsuits and antitrust mattersEngaging in domestic and international arbitrationsAssisting in appeals and other complex commercial litigationThis is an awesome opportunity for a junior-level associate to work with well-respected litigators with substantial trial and appellate litigation experience in both state and federal courts.The exposure of work is phenomenal – gaining disputes experience involving finance, startups, “business divorces“, entertainment matters, real estate, insurance issues, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, family disputes, employment, intellectual property, and other business-related matters.For a confidential chat about this role, please contact Will Sciarretta in the Jameson Legal US Team.
