The
Cherwell Developer/ Senior Cherwell Developer
serves as the lead technical contact responsible for design, development, and maintenance surrounding OneNeck customer management tools and systems. This individual will also assist with escalations and troubleshooting of system issues.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, document, and maintain applications.
Take minimal design specifications and complete projects with consistent quality.
Act as technical contact for escalations and troubleshooting of advanced issues for OneNeck’s in-house built/customized applications.
Participate in complex troubleshooting of technical delivery issues.
Act as mentor to junior level development resources.
Act as escalation point for incident management related to support applications and escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate contact after gathering required details from the end user.
Perform installations, configuration, administration, and tuning of many infrastructure systems and applications.
Maintain up-to-date skills in development technologies, including but not limited to: C#, ASP.NET, Web services / WCF, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, CSS, IIS, SQL, and jQuery.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of professional work experience.
4 years of development experience in one or more technologies: .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web services / WCF, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, CSS, IIS, SQL.
Other Qualifications
Cherwell experience preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Strong understanding of testing, building, and deploying applications.
Familiarity with current development methodologies such as Agile, Lean, etc.
Experience in API design and implementation (SOAP/REST).
Experience developing system integrations.
Server and desktop OS troubleshooting, including knowledge of the Registry, Service Management, and Event Viewer.
