We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Architect / Hands-on Team Development Lead to oversee and enhance the development of a web-based healthcare marketplace for our client. This platform aims to connect hospitals and employers with qualified healthcare professionals worldwide, eliminating the need for traditional recruiters and providing a direct connection between healthcare providers and candidates.Oversee the distributed development teamProvide guidance and mentorship to developers to ensure high-quality outputServe as the primary point of contact between the project stakeholders and the offshore teamArchitect and set up the front-end structure to work seamlessly with back-end APIsEstablish and enforce processes and technology guardrails for the development teamDefine patterns and policies for integrating third-party functionalities such as CMS, payment systems, etc.Complete and optimize the DevOps pipeline for Azure deploymentCreate and maintain technical documentation for ongoing and future development needsRequirements
Experience that you need to have for this role:Strong experience with React for front-end development and NodeJS for the backendIn-depth knowledge of GraphQL APIsProficiency in MongoDB and Azure cloud servicesSolid understanding of Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deploymentProven experience in managing small development teams (2-4 members)Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English)What we offer
