As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding their business goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of our marketing services. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to provide tailored solutions that drive results for clients. Responsibilities: • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication. • Manage client accounts, including onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and retention. • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and challenges to offer strategic guidance. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services such as website development, SEO, GMB optimization, ad campaigns, and CRM solutions. • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to clients. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients. • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications: • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the digital marketing industry. • Strong understanding of website development, SEO, GMB, online ads, and CRM systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Compensation: $60,000
