The award-winning The Brand Leader, voted AdAge 2023 Best Places to Work, is looking for an Account Manager to join our company in our Greenville, SC office. The Account Manager is part of the agency's Client Services team and oversees all day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client. They are responsible for driving client success in marketing programs that include some combination of branding/rebranding campaigns, paid media campaigns, and website and landing page projects. To do this, the Account Manager must be able to establish effective communications and strong relationships with external and internal teams while using analytical skills and creative problem-solving to proactively solve complex marketing problems and exceed client objectives. They will be responsible for ensuring that all products and output from the creative and development teams are up to snuff to the client's objectives, hit deadlines, and are of the utmost quality. The ideal candidate will be organized and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees, including the leadership team, designers, developers, and other members of the 30-person staff.

Acts as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needsProvides strategic direction for all projectsWorks with external and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being metLeads weekly client performance meetings, quarterly business reviews, etcCollaborates with the senior account team to develop and present strategies for individual projectsEncourages an integrated approach to all projects to leverage agency offeringsWrites and presents project creative briefs for individual projects and then identifies, plans, and manages key deliverablesReviews, evaluates, and critiques creative ideas/output to ensure that work meets brand and project strategies/objectives, client demands, and agency quality standardsHas a solid understanding of business category trends/developments and uses this knowledge to add value to internal/external client workEstablishes themselves and the agency as trusted partners in marketing to agency clientsBONUS POINTS for having experience in or more of the following industries:
