This position is located in Washington, DC and offers the following hybrid schedule option: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College8+ years of experience with SQL, Excel, Python, business intelligence, and data warehousingAbility to retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answering specific questions or improving system performance.Ability to consult and execute on the design and implementation of sitewide tracking for Homes.comAbility to audit current site tracking implementation and make improvementsAct as conduit between Product Management team and development team, to ensure site tracking is being implemented correctly to meet stakeholder’s reporting needsAbility to build aesthetically pleasing data visualization dashboards to help product team stakeholders track main sitewide key performance metricsKnowledge of business intelligence software (ie Power BI, Tableau, Kibana) and web analytics tools (ie Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, BigQuery)Manage Google Analytics implementation, set up events in Google Tag Manager, document tracking requirements for engineering team and verify data layer is firing appropriatelyA track record of commitment to prior employersWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
