www.hmhco.com .Purpose of the role:HMH continues to advance on our journey as a subscription business, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) now generated across all lines of business. This role is key in defining how we calculate, report, and forecast subscription metrics for HMH.Job Responsibilities:Be the Go-To person on HMH subscription business – principles, methodology, reporting etc.Actively be involved in defining the strategy for ARR for different LOBs / customers / products.Key leader in the Insights team in RevOps.Accurate and timely reporting of renewal metrics, ARR, and retention metrics to exec leadership.Development of insights into drivers of subscription metrics, including non-financial impacts such as rostering / usage / engagement.Collaborate cross-functionally to continue automation of recurring subscription reporting and support enhancements/improve quality of renewal dataset and renewal pipeline.Collaborate with business directors in LOBs and FP&A on ARR forecasts & budgets.Continue to drive enablement across HMH on our subscription business and its impact on different roles/departments.Actively drive for subscription requirements/improvements in NexGen/DT initiatives.Work with NWEA team to ensure consistency and accuracy of NWEA renewals & ARR reporting.Manage a team of analysts to deliver the above responsibilities, while coaching them on their personal and professional development goals.Requirements: Experience & EducationRequired:Master’s degree in business or finance.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and insight generation.Experience in managing change and implementing new solutions and processes.Knowledge of SAAS business metrics.Strategic thinker with proven ability to influence and inform across all levels of the organization.The application window for this position is anticipated to close on August 20th, 2024.
