Branch Manager . As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for the sales and operations of the Tukwila office, including the daily activities of the office staff.Salary & Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision401(k)Personal, Sick and Vacation DaysFlexible Spending AccountLife & Disability InsuranceEducation AssistanceEmployee DiscountsKey Job Responsibilities:Achieve sales, expense, and operating income budgetManage Sales Office P&L – monitoring financial performance and expenses, driving growth, ensuring revenue and profit plans are achievedSupervision and direction of office and distribution center staffMotivation of personnel through positive reinforcement, team environment, communication of clear objectives, and performance reviewsConduct monthly Quality Control reviews and review with CSRsResponsible for Sales Office semi-annual business planDevelop and implement center budget semi-annuallyImplement corporate sales strategies with quantifiable objectives specific to the marketParticipate in community organizations to enhance visibilityUnderstand competitive forces and develop strategies to overcome themMaintain sales coverage for vacant sales territoriesParticipate in monthly Area Manager meetingsMaintain accounts receivable at corporate objectiveWork ship not billed to achieve corporate objectiveMonitor and distribute work via Right Fax and Work Flow to ensure customer service level expectations are metEnsure timely and accurate resolution of assigned Onyx incidentsResponsible for regulatory compliance and sales office auditsInterview, select, ensure orientation and training, and when necessary discipline and/or discharge departmental personnelInventory preparationSafety/OSHA/facilities managementMiscellaneous projects as assigned by managerExperience/Qualifications/Education:3 plus years of customer service supervisor/management experienceP & L Management experience is requiredExperience in sales management is strongly preferredProven track record of achieving sales, expense, and operating income budgetsSales aptitude and problem resolutionExperience with financial planning and budget issuesFamiliar with managed care and third party programsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of building effective sales teams within the sales location and achieving success in a fast-paced, changing industryStable professional career history requiredQualified professionals please forward Resume, along with compensation requirements and interview availability in complete confidence to Roxxanne Miller - Sales & Marketing Division Group Manager at rmiller@pailingroup.com
