for their Restaurant Group. Our clients include real estate and restaurant professionals and others. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and accrual accounting knowledge as well as effective communication skills to interact with clients.

Duties include:

Experience preparing and filing sales tax returns, 8027s, 571Ls, 1099s, otherExperience setting up new clients - COA, financial statement formatting, workpapersExperience setting up multiple client locations simultaneously is a plusExperience with accrual accountingExperience setting up prepaid, accrual, loans and amortization schedulesExperience with at least one of the following accounting software: Restaurant 365, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, IntacctExperience with any of the following software is a plus: CSA, Bill.com, Plate IQ and CTUITAbility to learn modern technology with minimal trainingAbility to implement new pieces of technology to streamline bookkeeping tasks and the production of financial statementsAbility to interface with clientsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesIn-house bookkeeping from client records in QuickBooks, reconcile accounts, provide monthly or quarterly balance sheet and profit and loss statements to clientsStrong QuickBooks experienceEffective communication skillsGood organization skillsAbility to work in a team environment as well as independentlyDetail-oriented
