Business Development Executive
is responsible for proactively seeking out and closing new business to meet territory sales targets. This is done by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the market and building relationships. This person should have corporate sales experience and know-how to negotiate and build relationships. The position is based in our Sofia HQ.Your responsibilities:
Establish solid and trusting relationships with customersGrow sales opportunities generated from marketing activities, market research, and networkingDrive revenue and market share growth while facilitating sell-through and ensuring effective conversion rate in a very competitive marketProspect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new businessWork independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territoryManage, track, and report on all activities and results to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainingQualifications & Competences:
2+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or key account management on B2B levelStrong negotiation and communication skillsExperience managing a distribution network would be a strong assetMultitasking and time management skills, ability to work under pressureFluency in English is required, second foreign language (such as German, Russian or Arabic) is a huge plusSelf-motivation, a drive to succeed and an ability to work as part of a team requiredProactive, self-starter with high level of persistence and can-do attitudeAll inquiries are strictly confidential.
