A law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate Attorney for its Boston, MA location.Job Overview:
The Senior Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support in mergers and acquisitions matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes, and fostering client relationships. Supervision of junior associates and adept handling of day-to-day demands in mergers and acquisitions related matters are also key aspects of this role.Duties:
Lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents in mergers and acquisitions transactions.Manage deal processes and oversee client relationships.Supervise and mentor junior associates.Handle day-to-day demands on a variety of mergers and acquisitions related matters.Requirements:
6-8 years of mergers and acquisitions experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.High degree of maturity and business sense.Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.Experience in large regional, national, or international law firms preferred.Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy.Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
