Our Los Angeles office - an AV-rated firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices - is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience.Our Labor and Employment practice includes employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage, and hour defense, as well as traditional labor law matters.

Qualifications:

3+ years of litigation experience defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actionsExperience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agenciesExperience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrationsExperience handling employment litigation in federal and state courtJD from an ABA accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in CaliforniaThe annual compensation for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
