Your mission

We are seeking a

full-time (m/f/d) Application Development Scientist

to join our dynamic team in Natick, MA.

Are you a recent PhD graduate or a post-doctoral scientist with a strong background in chemical biology, bioconjugation, molecular pathology, protein chemistry, or molecular biology? We want to hear from you!

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing new applications and kits that drive the adoption and utilization of our cutting-edge technologies, particularly enhancing the adoption of Resolve's multi-omic spatial platform. Join us in advancing the frontiers of science and technology!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new applications and identify new product opportunities to increase the adoption and utilization of Resolve's novel multi-omic spatial platform.Develop and implement innovative techniques for novel chemistries, use cases, and panel content for the platform.Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers to understand key market needs and co-innovate solutions that can be further developed by product development.Contribute together with the R&D teams to the design, development, and optimization of specific assays, controls, and data analysis using Resolve's spatial platform.Generate and contribute to a variety of technical and marketing documents, including but not limited to application notes, protocols, white papers, scientific posters and presentations, sales materials, and published works.Utilize a range of techniques across chemical biology, bioconjugation, molecular pathology, protein chemistry, and molecular biology, to explore a variety of application spaces and use cases.Analyse complex single-cell molecular data using statistical methods and software tools to interpret data, generate figures, and continually enhance protocols and system performance.Maintain meticulous records of experiments, procedures, and results in full compliance with company standards, ensuring traceability and accuracy.

Your profile

PhD in Chemical Biology, Bioconjugation, Molecular Pathology, Protein Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.Strong background in developing and implementing innovative techniques for novel chemistries and use cases.Experience in interacting with KOLs and customers to understand market needs and co-innovate solutions.Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing assays and data analysis using spatial platforms.Experience with single-cell molecular data analysis is a plus.Knowledge of the single-cell techniques and/or spatial biology field and current trends is a plus.Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience generating technical and marketing documents.Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical methods and software tools for data interpretation.Ability to maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with company standards.
