The San Francisco office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel litigation associate to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. The group’s core practice areas are counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation.To be considered, candidates must have at least four years of construction law or equivalent experience. Successful candidates will have experience litigating all types of construction disputes, including:Delay and disruption claimsPayment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, and stop notice claimsConstruction defect litigationExcellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required.
