Ideal junior associate candidates will have one year of experience litigating all aspects of patent disputes. A degree in computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent experience is required, and admission to the Patent Bar is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have significant practical work experience in their technical field and/or Federal clerkship experience.
