Job Description:They are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a deep passion for robotics and automation to lead our technical strategy and innovation initiatives. As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their technology roadmap, overseeing R&D efforts, and driving the development of next-generation robotic systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education:

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or business management experience is a plus.

Experience:

Proven track record (minimum of 10 years) in senior leadership roles within the robotics industry, with significant experience in R&D, product development, and technology strategy.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in robotics systems, including hardware design, control systems, AI/ML, and sensor technologies. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks.

Leadership Qualities:

Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious technical goals.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of robotics market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Experience with industrial robotics, autonomous systems, or related fields is highly desirable.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

What You Will Be Doing:

Daily Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement in robotics technology.

Research and Development:

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers in developing state-of-the-art robotic systems. Direct R&D activities to achieve breakthroughs in robotics hardware, software, and AI.

Product Development:

Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver market-leading robotic solutions. Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.

Technology Partnerships:

Identify and forge strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and industry leaders to leverage synergies and accelerate innovation in robotics.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to robotics and automation. Ensure products and technologies comply with industry regulations and safety standards.

Team Development:

Build and mentor a high-performing team of robotics engineers and technologists. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the technology organization.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage the technology budget effectively, allocating resources for R&D projects, infrastructure, and talent acquisition to support company growth and objectives.
