Our platform also aligns interests between companies and experts, ensuring seamless engagement and protection of interests.Why Join Us:Be part of a visionary team shaping the future of career advancement.Work alongside co-founders with over 20 years of business experience, including a CEO who has successfully built and scaled businesses, earning recognition in the global HR industry rankings.Contribute to a product that is transforming the job market with a blend of automation and personalized coaching.Opportunity to earn significant equity and share in the company's success.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of our technology strategy.Oversee the full cycle of software application and business logic development.Drive the development of our solution set with a commitment to delivering high-quality code to production.Participate in demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and Idea Talks.Engage in project estimation and planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.Mentor and guide a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Be in charge of technical decisions and controlling code quality, infrastructure, and IT expenses.Requirements:Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.Strong knowledge of back-end technologies: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, MSSQL.Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less), Angular, TypeScript.In-depth knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and HTTP.Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure).Ability to dedicate at least 6 hours daily to development and team leadership.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Location flexible.Work Format:Fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.Compensation:This position offers equity only, with no initial salary.
