This role is pivotal in leading strategic cross-functional projects with direct engagement from the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing and coordinating complex initiatives, driving process improvements, and providing consolidated project and program reporting.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects that align with organizational goals and objectives.Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required.Coordinate and oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.Implement and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, focusing on streamlining processes and optimizing project outcomes.Provide consolidated project and program reporting to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.Manage the development and maintenance of runbooks for Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and relevance.Oversee cross-functional program management within the GTM framework, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and implement roadmap strategies that enhance GTM effectiveness and customer engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
