Activities include meeting with customers to define and document business requirements, translating requirements to a project plan when needed, allocating resources, setting milestones and driving progress. The Associate Project Manager will communicate effectively with the customer to ensure efficient and successful delivery of the completed implementation.The Associate Project Manager will work on multiple projects with several assigned team members and is responsible for all aspects of project delivery including project management.Deliver projects following the Kaseya Implementation Methodology.Lead requirements meetings by interviewing customers and defining business requirements.Identify creative and effective solutions with the software to address customer business requirements.Produce professional, detailed documentation including the definition documents, sign off documents and functional project planning.Lead customers, plan projects and tasks, budget effort, and monitor progress.Provide regular status reports/updates on work assignments to customers and project managers.Communicate best practices throughout a project to help guide customers with effective and maintainable solutions.Complete projects and assignments on-time and within budget.Achieve utilization targets and track work time accurately within project documentation.Build positive relationships with customer personnel and serve as a reliable and trusted adviser.Requirements and Skills:Demonstrate sound judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.Anticipate and understand the impact of decisions on the project and customer success.Manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.Understand when assistance or escalation may be appropriate.Provide clients with best practices guidance.Ensure appropriate involved individuals understand the overall goals, scope, and status of the project, including any areas for which they are personally responsible.Lead process improvement and documentation initiatives.Experience:Bachelor’s degree or higher; minor or advanced degree in business.2-4 years client-facing project management experience a plus.Optional: PMP / Prince certification and/or other industry and project management certifications.Experience with defining business requirements and knowledge of business process definitions, application design/configuration and systems implementation and testing activities.Experience with training and support of end users.Experience with emerging cloud, hosting and web technologies (Saas products, office 365).Join the Kaseya growth rocket ship and see how we are #ChangingLives!Additional informationKaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
