From $45,000.00 per yearGeneral Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 20 residential buildings, 150 unitsMaintenance coordination between tenants and vendorsGenerate and post notices at company managed propertiesAnswer tenant request for maintenance issues and determine what vendors to assign task toConduct monthly inspections of the propertiesConduct City inspections when called for of the properties assignedMove-in, move-out unit inspections, property walk-throughAssign turn over work to various vendorsInspect work completed by various vendors as neededCoordinate and negotiate with vendor projectsReview and approve invoices for paymentCoordinate with Leasing Agent regarding rent increasesRespond to After Hour Emergency calls when requiredOversee resident Managers and help them with their buildingsMinimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDResidential leasing experience a plusKnowledge, with Yardi, Microsoft Office, Excel, DocuSignMust have excellent work ethics, conflict resolution skillsWork well with others in the office/team player.Maintains Fair Housing CertificationAbility to function effectively in a customer service and sales-oriented environmentValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required with an acceptable driving recordSubmit your resume TODAY for consideration!JWilliams Staffing, Inc.
