Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of property management, short- and mid-term rental practices, and regulatory compliance. The role requires proficiency in Yardi software and a valid property management license or certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Oversight:

Manage daily operations of luxury rental properties, ensuring adherence to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold property quality.

Address tenant and guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Yardi Software Management:

Utilize Yardi software for comprehensive property management, including rent collection, lease administration, and tenant communications.

Generate and review reports to monitor property performance and financial metrics.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related transactions and activities.

Short- to Mid-Term Rental Management:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental revenue for short- to mid-term rentals.

Oversee booking systems, pricing strategies, and availability management to maximize property utilization.

Ensure a superior guest experience from booking through checkout.

Tenant Relations and Leasing:

Manage tenant screening and selection processes in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Draft, negotiate, and enforce lease agreements with tenants.

Resolve tenant issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Financial Oversight:

Prepare and manage property budgets, including monitoring operating expenses and capital improvements.

Process invoices and oversee timely payment of bills.

Conduct financial analyses to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Legal and Compliance Management:

Ensure all property operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws, tenant rights, and rental ordinances.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Draft, review, and enforce legal documents such as lease agreements, addendums, and compliance notices.

Identify and mitigate legal and financial risks associated with property management.

Marketing and Outreach:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants and guests.

Conduct property showings and open houses as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update promotional materials and online property listings.

Qualifications:

Licensing/Certification: Valid property management license or certification.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, including experience with short- and mid-term rentals.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management regulations, legal compliance, and fair housing laws.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Yardi software or similar property management systems.

Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
