Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial & HOA Manager to oversee our property management operations in multiple locations. This position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of properties, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial and HOA properties within the regionDevelop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental incomeProvide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptlyConduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance standardsCoordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractorsManage leasing activities: showings, creating lease agreements, move in and move out inspections, etc.Utilize customer relationship management (Appfolio) software to track tenant interactions and monitor leasing activitiesPrepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for each property in the regionCollaborate with legal administrative teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulationsOversee construction or major maintenance projects and city inspections as neededExperience:
Proven experience in retail commercial property management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacityStrong background in customer service, sales, and administrative functionsExcellent knowledge of property maintenance practices and proceduresProficient in data entry and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property managementDemonstrated ability to negotiate lease agreements and resolve tenant disputesPreferred:
