OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our commercial properties. Construction experience is a plus.Responsibilities
Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.Manage rent collection and financial reporting.Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and maintenance.Utilize property management software such as Appfolio & Yardi for efficient operations.Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and other property documents.Oversee tenant buildouts and capital projects.Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial property management.Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in office software.Familiarity with customer relationship management techniques.Outstanding communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of construction processes is a plus.Job Type:
