Prepare Monthly Management Reports for investors and creditorsReview financial statements for general ledger accountsFile Monthly/Quarterly/Annual SalesPrepare Daily Cash ReportReview tenant leases and prepare Lease AbstractsSetup new tenants and properties in Yardi accounting program and maintain rent rollsRequirements
Experience with Yardi VoyagerWorking exposure to multiple accounting/finance functions: AR, AP, GL, and BudgetingHighly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
